Hello.. I saw the xray.. May be due to some trauma, the teeth may get mobile.. You can extract the teeth, then do an implant.. At your age implant will be a good option.. Hello sir, Your lower front teeth have compromised bone support as visible on the x-ray. Teeth with maximum mobility have to get extracted followed by implants for the replacement. Taking support from adjacent teeth for a bigger bridge is also an option. But in a long run individual implant with single tooth restoration will serve you better. Still meticulous hygiene need to be maintained in either of the treatment for fruitful prognosis.

Apart from the one seen on Xray the ones next to that tooth also seem compromised due to lack of bone . Ideal approach would be to extract front four teeth and replace it with a six unit bridge that runs between two canines and replaces all teeth that were removed . that way the pattern in which lower teeth touch upper can be modified so as to distribute forces evenly and it will function as a single unit so the canines will serve for longer in the mouth ( all this based on mobility of the teeth) it not willing for any procedure get all teeth splinted and modified slightly to dissipate forces evenly
