3 days back, while playing a badminton game I bend to take a shot and my lower back started to pain(more towards the left side and slightly on the starting point of the left leg). What does that mean.and what are the home remedies?

Physio - IFT might be helpful. Once pain settles do back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. If pain not settling consult orthopaedic doctor
