Stop all athletic activities until you see a orthopaedician and particularly avoid bending forward. If it is a first time occurrence rest and painkillers should make you better followed by physiotherapy. If all above measures fail then you might need an MRI scan and meet a spine surgeon

You need to rest and take medications for your condition. Don't try to bend forward and touch your toes, you will aggravate the issue.

You should get MRI of your spine done after examination by an orthopedic surgeon. There may be a disc problem Regards Dr. Darsh Goyal
