I m facing lower back pain for the last more then 6 years,some time I feel no sensation in.my left leg after standing long.I can't sit in Indian style toilet easily,I can't stand long because my backbone didn't support.weight is 90kg.please guide me .what treatment or precautions should I take in my day to day life.
First thing I would recommend is weight loss . That can be achieved by dietary modification and regular exercise like jogging. Then physiotherapy for back muscle strengthening is very important. Avoid lifting heavy weights.
