Lower back pain

Lifted filled gas cylinder a few days back. Since then I have the pain at lower level of my back. Cannot sleep. Cannot bend.

As your age is 76years old . please don't take it easy. You need to do immediately x-ray LS Spine AP and lateral.

You should have hurt your back. Your pain could be due to disc lesion. You should take an MRI spine. You should take electro therapy in physiotherapy followed by exercise therapy. You should consult a physiotherapist or orthopaedist in person for complete assessment and treatment.

sir you might have got jerk and there may be soft tissue inflammation. Kinldly go for an xray of lumbar spine and follow back with reports. Apply hot pack twice a day with diclofenac ointment to reduce pain. If there wont be any improvement in a day then visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take Ultrasound therapy for 4 days. Avoid sitting or standing for prolonged time, do not bend, avoid sitting on floor an dlifting of objects while bending.

Its might be muscular strain,i.e inflammation.pls visit nearby physiotherapy clinic for proper assessment and treatment Take electrical modalities treatment to reduce pain and spasm.After reducing pain start doing back strengthening exercises.
