I have have been suffering from lower back pain right side.L5-S1 dusk extrusion mildly compressing thecal sac narrowing canal diameter.L5-S1 diameter is 9.7. is it serious problem? What is the treatment?

As the spinal canal diameter is reduced by 30% or so you will need surgery in future. If daily pain despite medicine then might need Microdiscectomy which is 45 minutes procedure under microscope. Some patients bear this and escape surgery.
