Your lower back pain could be due to a sudden muscle spasm or joint strain, often caused by long sitting hours, poor posture, or lack of flexibility. It’s important to treat it early to avoid chronic issues.
Next Steps
I practice in Viman Nagar—if that’s nearby, let me assess you once and guide you with the right physiotherapy plan.

The inability to bend forward and pain with shoulder movement suggest possible muscle strain or stiffness, which could be due to poor posture, sudden movement, or sleeping in an awkward position rather than solely a lack of exercise or flexibility.
Next Steps
Avoid aggravating movements and try lying on your back with a pillow under your knees or on your side with a pillow between your legs to reduce strain. Do a slight knee-to-chest stretch to ease tightness, but stop if pain increases.
Health Tips
Since this is recent and affecting your mobility, it’s best to consult a physiotherapist for a thorough evaluation, especially if the pain worsens, or is accompanied by numbness, tingling, or weakness.

Due to prolonged sitting in improper posture leads to back pain and stiffness. Maintain proper posture, apply hot/cold pack twice a day, consult with nearby physiotherapist and take electrotherapy for 3 days.

Hello, This is Dr.Balaji Venkatachalam , Senior MSK & Spine Specialist Physiotherapist From your description, these symptoms could be an early sign of degenerative changes in the lower spine -  possibly the initial stage of a disc bulge. This requires immediate attention and proper care to prevent worsening. I strongly recommend booking an online session for a complete assessment. With a thorough evaluation, we can identify the exact cause and plan an effective treatment program tailored for you. Please note, medications may provide temporary relief but will not address the root cause in the long term. Early physiotherapy intervention can help manage pain, improve mobility, and prevent further progression.
Next Steps
Nothing to worry ,if you could take care of these issues. Try to book an appointment if not - please reach out to the nearby MSK specialised physiotherapist .
Health Tips
I hope this finds you well.
