I am facing lower back pain kindly suggest due to which I feel discomfort even if I am walking there is a strain in lower back with cramps

First Of all, In the condition of Lower Back Pain, avoid - Sitting on Floor - Banding Forward - Heavy weight lifting use Hot pack for pain relief twice a day for atleast 10min. and for cramps keep yourself Hydrate properly.

Your back pain should be due to muscle spasm or strain in gluteus or Hamstring or disc lesion. You should consult a physiotherapist in person for complete assessment and treatment.

Did you bend forward and lift up suddenly? because as per your age,this could be the one factor which is causing pain.If that's a cause,then go for cobra pose,bird dog and  stretching of piriformis muscle.
