• Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Visit a physiotherapist and get proper treatment of your back... Medicines will reduce your pain to some extent but as you leave medications you will feel the pain again.. so better work on your root cause... Get your stiffness , relaxed and also strengthen your weak back muscles so that you don't feel pain in future...
Next Steps
avoid forward bending , avoid lifting heavy weights , use hot fomentation twice a day for 10min over painful area.
