Lower back pain

Having severe instant pain on lower back area, which pinch and extend till lower back to full down leg what should I do. Please help. having this from 3-4 months... took medicine and B12 capsules

U have radiating pain. Meet the manual Physiotherapist who can help u in back n leg pain relief. Also avoid excess weight lifting and forward bending. Start strengthening exercises for back and abdominal muscles. Also improve diet and water intake
