Lower back injury

On April 24 I got a slight pain while doing squats at lower back I went to doctors after three days they said it's a muscle pull so I didn't care much but it wasn't going properly and I still lifted weight after 3 months in June I went for mri and some pain started in my leg kind of shooting tingling in my thighs and toes I did physio for one month however in today's date the leg pain isn't there but I can't feel like I was before and I read somewhere it can cause erection problems can mine one? And mine one is dangerous?

The complaint has been for long time.It should not cause erectile problem but when one has pain in back of mind than it can affect.Reconsult your doctor if you have such problem.
