From last few months i do feel that my lower abdomen is swelling. Some time it feel like stomach is hanging.  I am taking some ayurvedic medicine for lowering HbA1c and chalostrol from some months after consult with doctor. Like 1. Madhu nashni Vati 2. Triphla gugul 3. Gasex 4. Liv 52 5. Silybon 140 6. Abana. Do I need to change any medicine so that swelling of stomach can decrease

U continue the medicine no need to add any more medicine.From ur description I feel the lower abdominal swelling may be fat deposit.Do some exercise or yogasan.
