Lower abdomen pain

I am experiencing lower abdomen pain which comes and goes. The pain increases while doing physical works like walking. Also I get up pain between legs when I get up after sleeping on my sides. Also there is urine leakage while jumping or sneezing. All this started some time after I had my delivery six months ago.
