Lower abdomen pain

Hi I have lower abdomen pain and also there is pain while urinating sometime. Yesterday I also had few blood but today blood is not there. Also my period is due after a week. Also yesterday I had 99 fever, which went off after I took paracetamol. Along with lower abdomen pain I also have pain in my legs. The lower abdomen pain is so much that I cannot even seat. Kindly advise any medicine or test.
