Your values: • Vitamin B12 = 231 pg/mL → Low-normal / borderline deficient • Testosterone = 165 ng/dL → Clearly low for a 39-year-old male Let’s interpret properly.
Next Steps
Very important: Testosterone should be tested: ✔ Between 7–10 AM ✔ Fasting ✔ On 2 separate occasions Now do further evaluation: ✔ Repeat total testosterone (morning) ✔ Free testosterone ✔ LH & FSHProlactinVitamin DHbA1cTSH For B12: ✔ Start B12 supplementation (oral 1500–2000 mcg daily OR injections if symptomatic) ✔ Check homocysteine if needed If LH/FSH low → secondary hypogonadism If LH/FSH high → primary testicular issue Treatment depends entirely on this distinction. Do NOT start testosterone therapy without proper hormonal workup.
Health Tips
✔ Sleep 7–8 hours consistently ✔ Lift weights 3–4 times per week ✔ Reduce processed sugar ✔ Get sunlight exposure ✔ Avoid alcohol excess ✔ Practice stress regulation (breathing, meditation) Very often in 30s, low testosterone is functional and reversible if root cause is corrected. Since you also have anxiety and digestion issues, your case likely needs a metabolic + hormonal axis evaluation rather than just supplements. If you share your weight, sleep pattern, and medication history, I can narrow this down further. Booking an online consultation will allow a structured hormonal assessment and avoid unnecessary long-term hormone therapy.

Hello, Your B12 (231) is borderline low and testosterone (165 ng/dl) is clearly low for your age. Causes can include poor diet, gut absorption problems, chronic stress, obesity, sleep issues, hormonal imbalance, or thyroid problems. Since you also have anxiety and digestion issues, this needs proper evaluation — not just supplements. Next steps: • Repeat early morning testosterone • Check LH, FSH, prolactin, thyroid profile • Evaluate gut health and diet This requires detailed assessment of your reports and symptoms together. I strongly recommend a proper consultation so we can identify the exact cause and plan targeted treatment.

You have  slighty low vit  b12 levels,  very low testosterone. Take tab neurobion forte one daily for 4 weeks. Take testosterone injections. Consult a gen surgeon physically to exclude any local testes problem.
