Why did you do 4 times sodium test??? All parameters done in a different way be it in abg, vbg , serum ranges will be different for sure.  If other blood test are normal consider it as normal as per ur age. But tell me what are the symptoms u r facing ?? Any urine difficulty and pain back???

Lab values  of sodium and ABG value of sodium ,may not be always equal,slight difference will always be there .. your sodium levels are within limits only ..if u are asymptomatic, nothing to worry ..
