this is Gestational thrombocytopenia. The condition is asymptomatic, usually occurs in the second half of pregnancy, in the absence of a history of thrombocytopenia outside the pregnancy and the platelet count spontaneously returns to normal levels within the first two months postpartum. since its been 4 year time.

If your platelet count falls within this range and you have no symptoms or underlying health conditions that may affect platelet levels, it's likely that your results are considered normal.
