Hi, Sunlight is the best source of vitamin D so 10-15 minutes of sunexposure 3-4 times a week is recomended. Food sources like milk and its products, Egg yolk are rich sources. Iron rich souces are leafy vegetables, Red Poha, Bajra,Garden cress seeds.Vitamin C rich foods like lemon water with meals and Amla 1 a day will help in better iron absorption.
