I do not have enough milk supply since the time I delivered. Can someone suggest me what to take to enhance it and does fenugreek seeds taken in powder form help increase the supply ?

There are medicines recommend for this job but they are not very effective. Some of them are Lactare, Domperidone, Perinorm can help. Grandmothers recipe ; Water which has been boiled with Methi seeds, Jeera, and Saunf. Put the child to both the breasts ie put child to one breast. When the child is not getting milk put the child to other breast.
