Hi dr, I m 13 weeks pregnant...nt scan shows I have low lying placenta I attached the reports.. yesterday there is slight bleeding and lower abdomen pain is on and off from 2weeks Is there any major concern...will placenta move up can I travel.. kindly suggest Thanks in advance
