Low lying placenta brown color bleeding

I am 14 weeks pregnant, 1 week back  I had heavy bleeding due to low lying placenta. Consulted doctor,  baby is fine and growth is good. Bleeding got decreased slowly. It is on and off now. From yesterday I am seeing brown color bleeding earlier it was red. Should I worry with this brown color bleeding?

The brown bleeding cud be due to low lying placenta Repeat an ultrasound Rest an Abstinence shud stop the bleeding
