Hello.. I have not had menstruation since July 2023(period end date - 15th June 2023).I am viegin and unmarried TSH,Prolactin-Normal,USG(attached),Hb(checked on 30thNov,2023)-7.7(I have Beta thalassemia trait),Urine routine+C/S-normal Out of LH and FSH,my LH is low..Does low LH cause absence of menstruation?If yes,how to correct it?Kindly tell
