Low grade fever post Dengue recovery

I have recovered from Dengue and it's been a month to it now , although I haven't recovered fully as I still have joint pain but I have started having Persistent low grade fever since three days. Is it normal post dengue ? What should I do ?

Normal saline mouth gurgle 2 / 3 times a day ,steam inhalation, cap clavum 625 mg twice daily.for 5 days , paracetamol 650 SOS if temperature is above 100°f . drink ors or plenty of water or fluid frequently. isolate yrself at yr home
