  4. Low grade fever. Any suggestions?

Hello mam/sir i am having low grade fever for last 4 days. local doc prescribed me 1: (paracetamol+levocitrizine+ ambroxyl) 2: cipmox antibiotic issue is there is no improvement. any suggestions?or change of meds. i DO NOT have: headache /weakness /coughing/throat issue. just low grade fever and little muscle pain. (it all started aftet dust allergy,runny nose automatically stopped without meds but from next day morning i am having low grade fever.)
