I am 8 month preguant, low fetal movement during walking and standing, while sitting and lying movement of baby is present

It's normal  baby will be moving when you take rest that is normal phenomenon when you are walking or standing baby will sleep

Irrespective of the position Count 10 movements morn 9 to 9 pm If less u need an urgent ultrasound
