Blood pressure is low - 90/50. Feeling giddy from the past 3 days. Started taking Electrokind today. Should I take some tablet to increase the pressure to normal?

Take electoral powder odors powder, coconut water,lemon juice daily. Your liquid intake should be 4 lit per day. Increase salt intake slightly. Then check BP again.
