I have on and off low back pain, I did physiotherapy and took flexura d. If felt better. After some weeks pain is back. Also heel pain in one foot. What medicine can i take??

Start with proper posture and regular spine strengthening exercises. Avoid heavy weights lifting. Sos painkillers Thanks

For time being you can take pain killer from medical store but report to us as soon as possible as you may be having nerve root compression problem.
