Low b12 120pg/ml

I got tested for b12 deficiency for lethargy and it's 120 pg/ml.Please suggest if I should continue 1000 mcg medicine or take injection? I am having burning sole issue aswell.

If you are afraid of taking injection, then go for tablets.But injection is best if take alternate days

You should be on oral medication. Your deficit is not too much. It can be covered in one month by oral medication. But you should continue the Capsules for at least 6 months.
