As per your description I would like if your change your diet regime so that body losses more fat weight.
Try following these-
1-work out more
2- emphasis more on lower upper body
3- follow the exercise in 5-8 sets of 3 each
4- bicycling is best- lying down on floor and moving the legs in bicycle motion gives sure results
5- Try doing flexibility exercises
