Weight loss in old age is a serious matter. It could be due to some simple causes but we have to be careful about tuberculosis and malignancy. Tuberculosis can be a relatively easy diagnosis but malignancy is a tricky situation. Without physical examination it is very difficult to decide as to on which part of the body we should concentrate. Please get Complete Health Check up done from a Multinational Laboratory and go for a physical examination to a General Physician.
