Loose teeth

I have very slightly loose front teeth due to flossing after a long time. I can feel a slight movement in my teeth when pushed by my tongue . My gums look healthy. Is this a matter of concern, will this lead to tooth loss?

Loose front tooth due to flossing may be due to gingival attachment loss.discontinue flossing for a while, get your teeth cleaned.if there is spacing between front teeth, get it corrected by orthodontic treatment.
