Sir can stress cause soft loose stool for few days I was in stress from few days and my stool is soft but not watery

Hi, There can be any reason, not just stress. Even because of food change or water this can happen. Sometimes due to winters also this happens If you are going to washroom too frequently and immediately after meals then we need to check gut health and modify your diet.

Hello Good morning Yes sometimes it harms because of stress & Its normal.No need to worry.Avoid raw food,raw vegetabels.spicy,processed foods.Eat banana once a day & you may take curd also.You can take sabudana kanji(sweet). it will help you.Avoid fruit juices.

Gud morning pls try to have ripe banana or Apple to check it.try to avoid deep fried,extra spicy,masala rich or gravy foods.
