Important to know the cause of loose motions - Is it infection ? If yes which type - bacterial / viral: protozoan ( food poisoning ) Is it a sign of any badness ? Blood in stool Is it anxiety related ? Is it IBS? Is it poor gut health ? Plenty of causes but difficult to ascertain unless you see a doctor and runs tests
Next Steps
See a specialist
