Medications cannot be prescribed blindly with this much information, further details are necessary specially since she's feeding the newborn. Make sure she's hydrated well and well fed.
Next Steps
Make sure to feed her ORS solution, specially after an episode of loose stools, if she doesn't improve or her health deteriorates, consult a doctor nearby (or here on practo with me or anyone else)
Health Tips
Eat clean hygienic food and water. Stay hydrated. Don't stress your body.

Replacing lost fluids with an oral rehydration solution (ORS) may help to prevent dehydration. Antidiarrhoeal drugs such as loperamide may also help.

"Loose motion in a breastfeeding mother can lead to dehydration, which can affect milk production. It is essential to stay well-hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids like water and Oral Rehydration Solution (ORS). Ensure a diet that is light and easy on the stomach, such as rice, bananas, and toast. Avoid spicy, oily, and fried foods. Over-the-counter medications like zinc supplements and probiotics can help manage the symptoms. However, it is important to understand the underlying cause, whether it’s a viral infection, food poisoning, or something else. For a more thorough evaluation and personalized treatment, feel free to consult me directly. You can reach out via WhatsApp at eight double zero nine eight two one double three two.".
