If no vomiting, then give him electrolytes.

Take ors with water  continous fluid important

First of all Give him ORS in 1 litre of water and finish this water within 6 hours Tab Ornidazole+Ofloxacin (half tablet) twice a day for 4 days.

Rx Tab Lansoford 15 mg BD before meal       Drink ORS dissolved in 1lt water       Syp. Combiflam oral suspension Twice daily         For 3 days

ORS after every stool, Enterogermina oral suspension 1-0-1 x 3 days T. Junior Lanzol 1-0-1 x 3 days Check for fever, dehydration, drowsiness. Hydrate well Any warning signs like severe dehydration, drowsiness, high fever consult immediately with the pediatrician

If there is no fever just keep him hydrated. Take ORS after every stool is passed
