LMP 9 week, USG GA 7 week

In my USG in 9 weak (LMP according) USG GA 7 weak. EMBRYONIC POLE SEEN without any cardiac activity. May any hope? Please tell me Report date - 22/11/2023 LMM - 23/09/2023 Tell me about this report what to do now?

At 7 weeks if heartbeat is not seen you need to proceed with termination of pregnancy

CRL is already 10mm. By this time cardiac activity must be there. If there is no cardiac activity then it is missed abortion
