Hi I got little blood in spit while I woke up for toilet during sleep. After first spit there is nothing everything is clear. I have snoring problem as well. Pls suggest

A little blood can come from a wound in the mouth. Check for any oral ulcer. If you have recurrent bleeding, kindly consult. Otherwise it will heal on its own.
