I am 31 yrs old male. My weight is in between 60 and 61 kgs. ( Within BMI range). I have done my routine overall health check-up recently. My cholesterol results are as follows. - Total Cholesterol - 243 mg/dl Triglycerides.          -386 mg /dl V.L.D.L .                       -77.2 mg/ dl My FBS( Fasting sugar) test is absolutely normal which is - 88.3 mg/dl. Special Mention - My Blood Pressure remains normal most of the times I measured. My question is why lipid levels remain so abnormally high, despite having lean weight , normal sugar value......??? I have heard sometimes lab value becomes high momentarily  due to intake of fatty foods for  5-6 days prior to sample collection date.Is this true..??? Do I need medicines...????
