Light spoting
I had a very light brown spotting on 17 and 18 after which I am feeling very tired and lethargic as well every morning I feel a dull pain near the abdomen and hip joint . I am a patient of pcod and have very low amh and planning for IVF in upcoming month for which my doctor told me to lose weight , I am not interested to do the UPT , as Evey time it comes out negative my emotions take me a troll . Kindly help me with the above explain should I go for UPT or should wait for a week for my period to come my LMP was 24 March and periods are irregular . Thanks

It don't know where the Medical knowledge will come handy in such a situation.
You have not even mentioned the month in which all this is happening and in which month did you get your last period.
I feel it is more important for the Doctor to give a correct picture of the situation rather than being goody goody and say that "everything will be fine".
