I am 31 years old women my right leg twisted suddenly it had been 5 day right now i am getting treatment from orthopedic can any one tell what actually happens and how much time it will require to heal properly....can i walk little bit ? or complete bed rest right now i am able to walk but with some difficulty what precautions i need to maintain

You are able to walk but you don’t have to. You have to take proper rest for 1-2 weeks with limb elevation and iceing on affected area. Take some form of brace depending upon grade of injury.
