Hello, can you please help me explain the couple of values that are not normal in my reports and please let me know if anythis concerning.

As per the reports, there is mild hypoalbunemia with no elevations of other hepatic enzymes. Bilirubin is only mildly elevated that is not of much significance. As per the RFT, there is mild hyponatremia with mild decrease in blood urea and serum creatinine that is not of much significance. Based on all the reports, change in diet would be sufficient.
Next Steps
Increase the intake of protein in your diet and salt intake.

This should be always correlated with your clinical symptoms. However, just based on these symptoms the above mentioned corrections would be sufficient.
