Hi, I understand your concern. I must add that this is a very common problem these days. Though I am not aware of the specifics of your lifestyle, i would suggest the following 1. Ensure you get 30 minutes of exercise daily( 5 days a week) 2. Avoid smoking 3. Reduce and stop alcohol intake, if any 4. Try to reduce junk food, quantity of rice and calorie dense food.  Take a lot more vegetables and protein sources to deal with the hunger that follows. 5. Reduce screen time, if feasible.
Next Steps
If you feel that these factors are already sorted, you can get a thyroid profile and CBC done.

Your morning lethargy may be due to Vitamin D/B12 deficiency, thyroid issues, anemia, or poor sleep quality. What to Do? ✔ Get CBC, Vitamin D, B12, TSH, and Fasting Sugar tests. ✔ Eat a protein-rich breakfast & stay hydrated. ✔ Get morning sunlight & light exercise. If fatigue persists, consult a doctor.
