Less urine coming

Dear respected doctor, I m facing less urine output since 25 days aprox Earlier one month back had UTI now it has been resolved I did urine routine 7 days back it was normal except pus cells (30-40),utine culture was also negative, so even  I m drinking water but producing less urine went to nephrologist many times but he is saying it's not related to kidney issues, as I had proteinuria 7 months back (24 urine protein was 274) now urine routine report says it's negative, little swelling is also there in my ankles kft is normal serum creatinine 0.7 usg kub all done there was liver mild attenuation, spleen enlarged 15cm right simple renal cyst and one cyst in right ovary sir/madam plz guide me in a direction.
