Less flow during periods

I am 21 months PP. Ever since my regular periods started, my flow is very very less (compared to before pregnancy) however, it's always on time and lasts 3 - 4 days. I also have extreme fatigue and headache on these days. What do I do?

The menstrual flow that lasts for 3 to 4 days is normal. Check if you are dehydrated , drink plenty fluids to prevent headache like juices and buttermilk Do a baseline Ultrasonogram of Pelvis to rule out pelvic pathology Check Heamoglobin to rule out Anaemia Check TSH levels to rule out hypothyroidism
