Feeling pain when body relax and again start to walk. When walk more pain also start and can not walk more on floor without any cushion support.

Possible calcaneal spur/plantar fascitis. Come out with other possible problems including swelling etc...

U can use hot pack or hot water soaking of Ur feet if Ur pain is since more than 3-4 wks... Do Calf muscle gastroc and soleus stretching exercises, gluteus and core muscle strengthening.

It can b due to irritation of planter fascia. Avoid high impact activities & walking bare footed.  Use cushioned foot wear. Do cold bath 3 times a day.
