Whole left side of my body is noticeably thin,and weak there is pain in the joints too.left side is very thin whole of my left side

Info is not enough. You have to be examined. normally two sides are never same. It has to be seen whether you suffer from some disease or your constitution is like that. If all is well, the I will prescribe some exercises
