It would be because of position. So pls don't worry. Change your position. If you don't have allergy to any medications, you can take pain killer and muscle relaxant.

Maintain good posture: Practice proper posture while sitting, standing, and lifting to reduce strain on your back. Exercise regularly: Engage in low-impact activities like walking or swimming to strengthen your core and back muscles. Use ergonomic furniture: Ensure your workspace and home furniture provide proper support to your back. Lift with care: When lifting heavy objects, bend your knees and keep the object close to your body to avoid straining your back. Apply heat or cold: Use ice packs or warm compresses to alleviate pain and reduce inflammation. Avoid prolonged sitting: Take breaks to stretch and move around if you have a sedentary job. Sleep on a supportive mattress: Choose a mattress that supports your spine's natural alignment.
