Left side back pain and tickling

I have a punching pain in my left side lower back . When I walk or Varun weight also I feel it . It is not very painful but is consistent throughout the day . I also feel pain in left side of my neck sometime left side of my whole body I feel ticking sensation or a little numbness . What is this symptoms please advice further .
