Problem with L3,L4&L5-S1 as diagnosed in MRI taking rest since 15 days 70% pain reduced Dr adviced for surgery I am slightly hesitating joined physio since 15 days physio is saying he will cure in 3 months and suggested not to go for surgery.physio had shown some exercises 1)is physio is advisable? 2)should I continue exercises
