Left leg pain

1. Light left leg pain from knee joints. 2. Difficult to fold left leg. 3. Right leg is totally fine. 4. At first I thought it could be due to lack of calcium.  But I am taking a glass of milk on daily basis from a very long time. Open for suggestions!!!a

You need to visit physiotherapy clinic for proper assessment, it may be due to muscle cramps. Nothing to worry visit nearest physiotherapy clinic and take treatment accordingly.
